Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During festivals, sales, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

We currently deliver across India.

  • Standard Delivery: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS/WhatsApp. Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

Multiple Shipments

As we work with multiple suppliers, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

Incorrect Address
